About The Position

As a General Manager, you will be the leader of your restaurant’s Meatcraft®. You will help your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. From local store marketing to helping reach sale and profit goals, you will be responsible in ensuring that your restaurant is delivering the top meats.

Requirements

• At least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant's Meatcraft® and ensure high-quality service.
• Support the Restaurant Management Team and Team Members in performance and engagement.
• Oversee training initiatives for staff.
• Manage local store marketing efforts.
• Help achieve sales and profit goals.
