About The Position

As an Attractions Host member at Hurricane Harbor, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for guests using the express lane, while also ensuring their safety by performing height checks for lifejacket eligibility. Your primary duties will include managing guest flow, verifying height requirements, and assisting guests with life jackets.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment as needed.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions, including heat and humidity.

• Preferred customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in a waterpark environment.
