Internal to FAST Labs, the R3 Product Line is seeking a Program Engineering Manager to support programs in our Converged Solution (CS) and RF Exploitation Architectures (REXAS) Tech Areas. These Tech Areas develop novel technologies ranging from the next generation of new RF/cyber algorithms to demonstration of advanced EW capabilities in integrated systems at government ranges Due to the varying sizes of R&D programs, a Program Engineering Manager (PEM) may be required to oversee multiple R&D efforts in the different Tech Areas. The following is a breakdown of responsibilities for the PEM role within R3: Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
