You are a capable leader who manages your team as they prepare our delicious chicken and serve it to customers. During rushes and peak times, you jump in with your crew to help fulfill our guests' orders. If a customer has a complaint or receives an incorrect order, you calmly handle the situation and do what you can to make things right.
