About The Position

Springs Water Park, at the Ingleside Hotel in Pewaukee, is looking for a dependable cook to prepare fast-casual food in our Snack Bar (burgers, hot dogs, pizza, chicken strips). Provide quality food and presentation while maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Hours are generally 3-9pm, some day shifts available. The water park is open during the school year Thurs-Sun; daily during spring break, Christmas break and summer. May cross-train as cashier and party host. Growth path to Shift Leader. Wage $15/hr + tips (earn up to $17). Great group of co-workers will make your day fun. Part-time; flexible shift hours- primarily day shift, with some evenings. Weekends and holidays are our busiest times. Hours of operation are generally 10am-9pm; opener/closer may work a bit earlier/later.

Requirements

• Fast food or restaurant cooking experience
• Daytime availability, including weekends
• Age 16+

Responsibilities

• Follow instruction regarding recipes and quantities.
• Have a basic knowledge of food cost control.
• Comply with all food handling and sanitation procedures including opening and closing sanitation needs per hotel and health department guidelines.
• Act as cashier or birthday party host as needed.
