The Fast & Fresh Clerk position is a part-time role that requires night and weekend shifts. The clerk will provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service, operate the cash register, ensure cleanliness of the store, and manage supply needs both in the store and at the pumps.

Requirements

• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Ability to perform arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages.
• Ability to file, post, and mail materials, and guide people.
• No specific education or experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern, and patience in all customer interactions.
• Greets customers in a friendly manner and makes an effort to learn their names.
• Assists customers by escorting them to products, loading or unloading heavy items, and passing along customer suggestions.
• Answers the telephone promptly and provides friendly service to callers.
• Works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operates cash register accurately, scans products, and manages cash levels.
• Redeems promotional coupons and processes various payment methods.
• Stocks shelves, fills displays, and assists with inventory management.
• Maintains cleanliness of the store, including registers, restrooms, and the lot.
• Orders merchandise and supplies as needed.
• Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required.
