Responsibilities

• Assists customers by escorting them to products, loading/unloading heavy items, and noting customer suggestions.
• Answers the telephone promptly and provides helpful service.
• Works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Redeems promotional coupons and processes various payment methods.
• Stocks shelves and fills displays.
• Maintains proper sanitation procedures and cleanliness of the work area.
• Orders merchandise and supplies as needed.
• Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required.
