The Fast & Fresh Clerk position is a part-time role that provides prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service while ensuring the cleanliness and quality of products in the store.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions.
• Ability to perform arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages.
• Ability to file, post, and mail materials, and guide people.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern, and patience in all customer interactions.
• Greets customers in a friendly manner and makes an effort to learn their names.
• Assists customers by escorting them to products, loading/unloading heavy items, and passing along customer suggestions.
• Answers the telephone promptly and provides friendly service to callers.
• Operates cash register accurately, scans products, and manages cash levels in the drawer.
• Redeems promotional coupons and processes various payment methods.
• Stocks shelves, fills displays, and assists with inventory management.
• Maintains cleanliness of the store, including registers, restrooms, and the lot.
• Orders merchandise and supplies as needed.
• Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required.
