Requirements

• Graduation from high school or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years fit model experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with the team.
• High sense of urgency, punctuality, and timeliness.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Put on garment(s) and model in front of a small group of designer and production department representatives.
• Stand for extended periods of time while designer(s) and production specialist(s) adjust worn garments into the desired fit.
• Collaborate and communicate in fit sessions with designer(s) and production specialist(s) to ensure all necessary updates have been adjusted to samples for production approval.
