We’ve discovered that individuals with a background in Fashion Design possess a "technical empathy" that makes them incredible business partners for our clients. We are looking for design-trained professionals to join our commercial team. Based on your personality and strengths, we will "stream" you into one of three core functions: Customer Success Manager (Account Management): You are the long-term partner for our existing clients. You’ll manage the post-sales lifecycle, ensuring project success, driving retention, and identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling. Account Executive: You are a high-level "Closer." You will manage a pipeline of qualified e-commerce leads, using your industry expertise to pitch THE/STUDIO’s value proposition and convert large-scale opportunities into active partnerships. Inside Sales Representative (Sr. Creative Specialist): You are the bridge between a lead and a product. You will handle inbound inquiries, acting as a technical consultant to help customers refine their creative concepts and navigate the production process to finalize their first orders.
