We are seeking a strong, fun "Asst Manager type" who can assist in leading a team, inventory management, must be a go-getter who gets the job done. Uptown Cheapskate is an exciting retail store concept that sells quality clothing brands at affordable prices. Every month, our franchise stores buy and resell thousands of clothing items that have been gently used at a fraction of the prices originally charged. That’s why Uptown Cheapskate is such an effective idea that resonates with customers of every income bracket and style persuasion. Our stores feel more like a boutique than a thrift shop, allowing more people to feel comfortable shopping second-hand. At Uptown Cheapskate, we have a passion for sustainable fashion. Requirements

Must have at least 1-2 years experience in Fashion Retail Management in the last 3-4 years
Must have worked in Fashion Retail and enjoys it and wants to continue in this career path
Must be a team player, have great initiative, be responsible & a fast learner
Must have open availability on weekends
Must have STRONG WORK ETHIC!
Must be an Amazing Leader

Responsibilities

We'll train you to sort & evaluate incoming inventory using our proprietary software
Manage inventory through regular markdowns and merchandising
Direct a team of 8-20 people daily
Assist with running the store with passion and drive
Must work with Store Management to consistently meet Goals
Must be able to fill in for call-outs from staff members
