The Farmers Insurance Protégé Program presents an exciting and fulfilling journey for those with an entrepreneurial spirit, a self-driven mindset, and a strong aspiration to establish a thriving insurance business. As a Protégé Agent, you'll benefit from exceptional training and support designed to enhance your skills and expertise, ultimately guiding you towards becoming an independent Farmers Insurance Agent. Upon successfully completing the Protégé Program, participants open the door to the possibility of becoming independent Farmers Insurance Agency Owners.

Requirements

• Willingness to secure required state insurance licenses (support will be provided by Farmers)
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage
• A vibrant entrepreneurial spirit paired with a strong work ethic
• Driven by goals and a genuine desire to assist others

Benefits
