Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor to prepare and maintain fields and orchards.
• Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops such as oats, sorghum, and various fruits.
• Conduct orchard maintenance including pruning and trimming trees.
• Engage in field maintenance activities such as cutting and digging trees, and pulling brush.
• Use hand tools like shovels, trowels, and pruning hooks for various tasks.
• Assist in irrigation activities and maintain irrigation equipment.
• Repair and maintain farm vehicles and mechanical equipment.
• Ensure farm and field sanitation by cleaning and picking up trash.
• Comply with Good Agricultural Practices policies.
