About The Position

The Farm Technician 1 is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the cannabis production cycle within the cultivation facility.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be able to pass a fingerprint background check to get a facility agent card

Responsibilities

Plant production (i.e.; watering, moving, pruning, harvesting, cleaning)
Plant Processing (i.e.; shucking, hanging, deleafing, trimming, sorting, packaging)
Able to perform plant production and processing for majority of your scheduled shift
Perform repetitive dexterous hand movements with cultivation and flower trimming tools;
Perform tasks in all types of environments within Copperstate Farms facility, such as the air-conditioned rooms within the facility, as well as the greenhouse in 100 degrees with high humidity.
Able to work with and around marijuana plants and all of their biproducts.
Basic facility maintenance work (i.e.; sweeping, shoveling, raking, basic repairs, power washing, cleaning, dripper removal, dripper replacement)
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Sit or stand for long periods of time
Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are followed.
Assure daily compliance with Company policies including but not limited to state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules
Work well and effectively with fellow co-workers in a productive way that is conducive to a professional work environment.
