About The Position

Do you enjoy the outdoors? Have a background or interest in the hunting and shooting industry? If so, MidwayUSA might be just the place for you! The Farm Specialist for Midway Farms, located in Fayette, MO, is a Full Time/Temporary position for the Summer of 2026. This position will assist with various duties including brush hogging, mowing, pond maintenance, and spraying of invasive species. In addition, this position will assist in setting up Sporting clays activities and tournaments, and will assist with the management and maintenance of all buildings, fences, equipment and property. This position pays $18.50 hour and will run from May through the end of August.

Requirements

• Is a college student majoring in Agriculture, Forestry or related field (this position can be used as an internship for agriculture related majors)
• Has a minimum of 2 years experience of farm work; specifically with heavy farm equipment and most farm tools
• Is available to work 40 hours a week for the months of May through August - schedule: M-F, 7:30-4:30
• Will be knowledgeable of general farm safety practices
• Ability to walk long distances, operate heavy machinery, lift a minimum of 50 pounds, and work in all kinds of weather conditions
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
