Support farm labor needs with primary responsibility of supporting the livestock operations. Full-time, regular position, 40 hours per week. This position pays $19.61/hour, or applicable transfer rate in accordance with the ACSUM collective bargaining agreement. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Perform farm operations, including animal feeding, general facilities upkeep such as mowing lawns, weed trimming, snow removal, and field cultivation, including planting, tending, and harvesting crops. Assist where needed with all farm operations and maintenance. Operate farm equipment such as dairy robotic machines, tractors, skid steers, farm implements, and trucks. Assist with equipment and facility repairs and maintenance. Troubleshoot independently. Communicate effectively with supervisors and students. Complete required safety training and maintain detailed records and reports. Perform other duties of a similar nature and level.
