About The Position
The Farm Manager is responsible for maintaining a high-quality and safe farm environment year-round while teaching trainees essential farming and woodworking skills. This role involves training other staff to become farm trainers, collaborating with the Director to develop and expand farm projects, and marketing farming and woodworking concepts. The Farm Manager plays a leadership role within TILL's Farm Program and reports directly to the Director of Vocational Services.
