About The Position

This position directs and oversees poultry farm associates and assists management in daily farm operations. Requires working with live poultry in a Farm setting. Farms are located in Butler and Mauk, Georgia. Shift Generally 7:00am-5:00pm

Requirements

• Previous Lead, production or farm experience required.

Nice To Haves

• High School or equivalent not required but beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversees catching and placemement of birds.
• Adheres to all safety requirements including PPE, preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, Lockout-Tagout procedures, and Process Safety Management related matters.
• Directs and oversees farm assocites
