Your Opportunity Compensation: $16.20 hourly The Farm Equipment Operator works in the farming department operating various farm equipment, with seasonal and workload fluctuations. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Must have valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record, CDL preferred
  • Ability to operate various farm equipment for tilling, planting and cultivating.
  • Willing to learn how to operate multiple types of farm equipment.
  • Work schedule includes early start; often days are longer than 8 hours
  • Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
  • Able to lift to 70 lbs
  • Work outside through all seasons

Responsibilities

  • Operates various farm equipment for tilling, planting and cultivating.
  • Work practices must emphasize safety, efficiency, and thoroughness.
  • Responsible for understanding and complying with company EMS policies and procedures in the performance of their job duties.
  • Responsible for following all environmental laws and procedures to which Murphy-Brown LLC subscribes.
  • Reports all environmental issues immediately to their supervisor.
  • Work with minimal supervision.
