About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Cleanout Crew Lead to oversee and coordinate cleanout operations. This role is responsible for managing crew activities, maintaining schedules, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards. Job Description: Key Responsibilities Transport crew members to farm locations to begin cleanup operations Operate machinery (certification will be provided) Manage crew time and workflow to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule Ensure proper use of chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing equipment and assigned areas Assemble and disassemble machinery at the start and end of each shift Assist with pre-production setup (e.g., nest boxes, feeders, drinker lines) Assign and delegate tasks to crew members Prepare and submit reports for management, including farm cleanout data Maintain inventory of vehicles, equipment, and cleaning chemicals Collaborate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and management Support other departments and perform additional duties as needed We play a leading role in feeding the world's future generations. Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to pass a physical exam to obtain a Health Card
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to work evenings, occasional weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability
  • Basic knowledge of machinery setup and teardown

Nice To Haves

  • Poultry industry experience preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with chemical handling is a strong plus
  • Experience monitoring cleanup processes preferred
