About The Position

Requirements

• Experience in delivering educational programming to diverse audiences.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in farm management and economic decision-making.
• Serve as the first point of contact for farm and agribusiness educational programming in East Central Alabama.
• Collaborate with state specialists to provide solutions-based educational programming.
• Utilize emerging technologies for outreach through meetings, workshops, and publications.
• Participate in statewide Extension Priority Program Team activities and training opportunities.
• Assist in program evaluation and impact reporting.
• Engage with regional and state associations to build a reputation as an educational leader.
