About The Position

FANgineers play a vital role in the success of the hospitality program and game days – they help engineer a great experience by providing the highest level of hospitality for our fans in the premium seating areas on game day. FANgineers serve as goodwill ambassadors to donors and their guests while maintaining the operational policies in place for all premium seating areas. FANgineers also serve as a liaison between donors, caterers, maintenance staff, custodial staff, Hospitality Managers, and Athletic Department personnel.

Requirements

Ability to work some or all home baseball games (including some evenings and weekends)

Willing to learn and be flexible to fill in where needed
Ability to communicate clearly & effectively with guests and game day partners

Responsibilities

Act as game day ambassadors for Gator Hospitality and the athletic department.
Ensure all game day policies and procedures are being upheld.
Monitor entrances, review tickets, and be aware of access control protocols.
Perform pre-, during-, and post-game duties associated with the premium areas (i.e., facility checks, guest admission procedures, access control, food & beverage needs, etc.)
Other duties as assigned.
