About The Position
The Fan Experience Analyst is an entry-level role focused on enhancing the fan journey at major events. This position supports the execution of event operations by gathering and analyzing fan feedback, collaborating with various departments, and implementing strategies to improve the overall fan experience. The Analyst will work closely with senior team members and is expected to cover up to 90% of major events, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence in fan engagement.
