Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the Fan Development department.
• Coordinate internal communications, including organizing weekly staff meetings and distributing meeting notes.
• Collaborate with the Fan Development Manager to organize and execute special events to broaden the team's audience.
• Conduct ticket sales, activation, and brand research of other sports and entertainment teams.
• Assist in using analytics to evaluate fan engagement initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Support the Fan Development Manager with marketing creative tracking and requests.
• Assist with the daily execution of the Detroit Tigers Kids Club.
• Help organize and execute Detroit Tigers Kids Club Day.
• Coordinate with community organizations and corporate partners to enhance outreach efforts.
• Assist with other marketing aspects as needed.
