About The Position

Description Duties and Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities Outbound outreach between 100-125 sales calls per shift. Connect to our Fans using our Campaign Dialer System while using our CRM system Salesforce. Build Fan profiles on our CRM by conducting outbound call surveys around interests. Fan Experience is a top priority, be a resource for any service requests that may evolve through conversation. Promote Fans to connect with other Fanatics Teams like Sportsbook, Collectibles, and Events. Warm transfer Fans through qualification to the proper lead funnel to speak to a channel specialist. Continuous education on product and industry knowledge, industry trends, including all Fanatics offerings. Ability to use CRM, CTI Phone Software, OMS systems, and Microsoft 365 Office software. One Fanatics, we win as a team, missionary not mercenary. Provide order updates to Fans, logistics tracking, partner with Business Operations for further order assistance. Handle Fan escalation contacts, assign the escalation to proper leader if necessary. Hot Market periods are an integral part of our business, open availability for evenings and weekend shifts. Education and Experience Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred or relevant experience in the field. Basic accounting skills required. Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Superior communication skills on various levels. Must have articulate speech, proper business writing skills, ability to listen to client and quickly address any concerns. Work well under pressure. This industry is often driven by hot market events which require extended work hours and weekend shifts. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices such as the telephone. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. May be expected to walk up to several miles a day at off-site events. Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
