In this role, you can look forward to: Welcoming members and guests with a warm smile, using their names, and expressing gratitude for their patronage. Asking questions, using active listening and providing facility tours to help prospective members find the perfect membership and program options. Building relationships with members, fostering connections within our Family Wellness and YMCA community. Utilizing our operations software for member check-ins, program and membership registration, and payment processing. Staying knowledgeable about all Family Wellness and YMCA programs and services to assist members effectively. Handling membership and safety concerns, addressing any issues promptly and appropriately. Part Time Shifts Available: Tuesday-Friday, 4:00 pm-6:00 pm Saturday, 2:30 pm-7:00 pm Sunday, 10:30 am-2:30 pm We offer a fun, rewarding work environment, EXCELLENT benefits package and a FREE YMCA & Family Wellness Membership!
Requirements
- We are looking for someone who displays the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills required.
- Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
- Basic knowledge of computers required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service, sales or related experience preferred.
