About The Position

Civitas Health Services, Inc. is a comprehensive behavioral healthcare organization comprised of 6 programs serving children, adolescents, and adults. We are a Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services licensed and Joint Commission fully accredited behavioral healthcare and human services organization. We are seeking a tenacious Functional Family Therapy - Professional to provide clinical and therapeutic services to our clients and their families within the FFT Program. Must have an elevated level of emotional intelligence, and proven administrative and clinical capabilities. Salary Range: $50,000 - $74,000 Bonus Incentive Program: You will be enrolled in our monthly performance-based incentive program, MAP (Motivation, Ambition, Progress). This point-based program allows you to earn between $7,000 and $10,000 annually in bonuses, in addition to your base salary. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other relevant Human Services profession
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other relevant Human Services profession
Licensed Mental Health Professional - Eligible or Licensed Mental Health Professional with the Virginia Department of Health Professions (LPC, LMFT, LCSW or eligible)
Two or more years of experience in children and family services
Ability and willingness to work with families in their own homes;
Exceptionally good interpersonal communication skills
Strong clinical skills
Ability to adapt and individualize program interventions to utilize family strengths and skills.
Skill in handling multiple tasks and meeting multiple deadlines.
Ability to remain flexible and work with multiple and changing priorities when necessary.

Functional Family Therapy experience preferred;

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of 10 to 15 families providing Functional Family Therapy services.
Conduct services in a home-based and/or clinic setting, schools, child welfare facilities, probation and parole offices/aftercare systems, and mental health treatment facilities.
Deliver clinical interventions and care coordination activities, and crisis intervention, as necessary.
Implement the FFT phases and the respective goals, and intervention strategies/techniques.
In collaboration with the FFT Clinical Supervisor, develop the treatment plan
Connect the family to wrap-around services as needed including but not limited to health services, recreational activities, childcare services, financial resources, employment resources, transportation resources, support groups, and other therapeutic services.
Create and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and referral sources.
Perform other duties as assigned.
