About The Position

Mooseheart Child City & School is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Family Teacher / Residential Childcare Professional (3rd Shift) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with a supportive and mission-driven team to ensure the safety, well-being, and stability of the children in our care. This position offers the option of a five-day schedule: Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday If you are compassionate, dependable, and committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of youth, we encourage you to apply. Position Overview As a 3rd Shift Family Teacher , you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and nurturing overnight environment for children residing on campus. You will ensure their well-being during sleeping hours while supporting the overall home structure and team dynamic.

Responsibilities

Monitor youth throughout the night to ensure safety and appropriate supervision
Respond promptly and effectively to any emergencies or unexpected situations
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly living environment
Support the Family Teaching Team in fostering a stable and welcoming home atmosphere
Communicate effectively with team members regarding concerns, updates, or incidents
Your presence and professionalism during overnight hours help create the security and consistency our children need to thrive.
