Under general supervision, perform work at the full-performance level by determining eligibility for all TANF and economic service programs accurately and efficiently. Assist clients in becoming self-sufficient via department services and community programs. Complete assessments and activity placements. Must process applications and conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews within program requirements. Analyze and interpret aptitude test results to direct the development of employment goals for applicants. Make referrals to appropriate agencies when necessary. Work must adhere to policies outlined by the Office of Family Assistance. Employees must possess a valid driver's license and must have access to transportation for required travel. Performs related work as required. Travel to all district counties may be required: Roane, Jackson, Calhoun, Wirt
