About The Position
The Family Support Services Program Coordinator at Hiawatha Homes is responsible for overseeing the Family Support Services (FSS) Program, which provides essential support to individuals with disabilities living with their families. This role focuses on facilitating community participation, skill building, and personal goal achievement for the individuals served. The coordinator will manage individual support, medical needs, and program documentation while ensuring effective communication with team members and staff. This full-time position requires availability every other weekend and the ability to work independently towards set goals.
