About The Position

We have immediate openings for part-time Childcare Providers to provide childcare while parents are attending ESL classes as part of our Learning English Together program serving adults in Montgomery County. Classes are offered during the weekday as well as in the evening. The Childcare Provider position is a 1099 contractor role.

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Experience working with young children

Responsibilities

• Watch young children while parents attend their English classes
• Organize fun interactive activities, read books, play games, color pictures, and make crafts with children. Materials will be provided.
• Sign children in/out of the program daily
• Provide snacks (at select locations)
• Clean/tidy the classroom after children leave
• Notify parents when a child needs a diaper change
