About The Position

We are seeking an In-Home Family Support Professional to join our team in Chester County, PA. This fee-for-service role involves working one-on-one with individuals diagnosed with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in their homes and/or in the community. Staff assist individuals with learning and/or maintaining various skills as identified in their Individual Support Plan. Hours are flexible, determined by individual needs, and can range from a few hours a week up to 30 hours per week, allowing staff to build their own schedule. Merakey is a non-profit provider of developmental, behavioral health, and education services, supporting nearly 40,000 individuals and families across 12 states with over 8,000 employees.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have a Valid Driver's License
• Must have HS Diploma or GED
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Willing to travel throughout Chester County PA
