The Family Support Advocates (FSAs) provides on-site responses and leads family donation conversations by advocating for organ donation and supports families throughout the process. At its core, Family Support Advocates strive to meet and or exceed the monthly authorization goal to improve Organ Donation through education, supportive services, and relationship building with key hospital stakeholders.
