Family Services Specialist
About The Position
Make a meaningful difference in the lives of youth and families. Methodist Home for Children is seeking a Family Services Specialist to support juveniles and their families at our Multipurpose Juvenile Home in Winton, NC. What You’ll Do: Guide families through treatment and reunification processes Develop individualized service plans Conduct home visits & family meetings Collaborate with community partners Provide post-discharge support and documentation What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years of family-focused experience Valid Driver’s License & clean driving record Ability to complete required training (First Aid, CPR, etc.) Strong communication skills and emotional resilience About Us: At Methodist Home for Children, we believe every child deserves a safe, nurturing home. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years of family-focused experience
- Valid Driver’s License & clean driving record
