About The Position

FAMILY SERVICES CASE MANAGER – YOUTH & FAMILY SUPPORT Full Time / Salaried / JusticeWorks YouthCare Make a difference for youth and families in your community. Schedule: Full-time with some evenings/weekends Location: New Castle County, DE Pay Range: $35,000 - $42,000 per year Who We Are At JusticeWorks, youth and families come first. Requirements

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Associates Degree and 8-10 years of experience working in the community with families
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass required background clearances
• Ability to pass pre-employment and post-offer drug screening
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Assess families to identify needs, strengths, and goals
• Develop and implement intervention plans
• Connect families with community resources such as housing, healthcare, and support Services
• Provide coaching and support to parents and caregivers
• Transport clients using your personal vehicle as needed
