About The Position
The Family Resource Navigator (FRN) at El Programa Hispano Católico (EPHC) plays a crucial role in providing trauma-informed case management and support to families navigating various systems of care. Under the supervision of the Family Engagement Coordinator, the FRN collaborates with school administrators and community partners to identify families in need and facilitate access to essential resources.
