About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive range of family programs and activities that cater to the diverse needs of the community.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure program offerings are integrated and support the overall mission of the YMCA.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality services.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes and participant satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with community organizations, schools, and other stakeholders to enhance program offerings and outreach.
  • Develop and manage the program budget, ensuring financial sustainability and resource allocation align with organizational goals.
  • Promote and market programs to increase participation and community engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with all YMCA policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and board members, highlighting program successes and areas for improvement.
