About The Position
Novant Health University Family Physicians is excited to announce that we are adding a new Family Physician to our remarkable primary care team! We invite all BC/BE Family Medicine Physicians to come be a part of a practice that has been proudly serving the University area for over 25 years. The team currently consists of 9 other physicians, 5 APPs, and an extensive support staff including CMAs, nurses, referral coordinator, and Pharmacist. Our office is open Monday-Friday and includes an onsite urgent care clinic open seven days a week to help ensure our patients have access to fast and reliable healthcare at any time. For our primary care providers: Access is a key at Novant - Novant Health encourages same day, extended hours, e-visits, and video visits to deliver care where and when our patients need us. All of our community medicine physician leaders maintain a patient panel to remain connected to the day-to-day challenges and joys of practicing medicine. Many of our clinics utilize a team approach to care, which includes PAs, NPs, clinical pharmacy practitioners, health behaviorists, and RNs.
