About The Position

Novant Health Salem Family Medicine is currently recruiting a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join their practice located in Winston-Salem, NC. The practice has been providing care for 40 years. The office is open Monday-Friday, 7 am-5 pm providing quality care that encompasses a patient's total health needs, from birth through adulthood. Average patient panel is anticipated to be 20-22 per day, per provider. Lab and x-ray services are done on-site. Four day work week and outpatient only with evening nursing triage call system. Winston-Salem is rated one of the best places to live in North Carolina. The city offers eclectic shops, fine to casual dining, craft breweries, historical sites and adventures for the outdoorsman. Easy access to the NC coast, Blue Ridge mountains and an international airport.

Requirements

• BE/BC in Family Medicine.
• Graduate of an accredited school of medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to patients from birth through adulthood.
• Manage an average patient panel of 20-22 patients per day.
• Utilize on-site lab and x-ray services.
• Participate in a four-day work week.
• Handle evening nursing triage call system.
