About The Position

Family Practice Physician Position: Full-Time Location: New York, NY Salary: $320,000–$330,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Role Overview This role places you at the center of long-term patient care. As a Family Practice Physician, you will manage everyday health needs, guide preventive care, and serve as the first point of contact for individuals and families. Your work directly shapes patient outcomes through consistent, relationship-based medicine rather than rushed visits or fragmented care.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active New York State medical license or eligibility
• DEA certification

Nice To Haves

• Experience in outpatient or primary care settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct annual physicals, wellness visits, and preventive screenings
• Develop and manage treatment plans with follow-up care
• Prescribe medications and interpret diagnostic tests
• Coordinate referrals with specialists when appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
