About The Position
Works collaboratively with the care team and local, regional, state, and national healthcare resources to coordinate care and services. Diagnose and treat a variety of diseases and injuries in general practice seeing patients of all ages.
Requirements
- Medical Degree: M.D. or D.O.
- Family Practice specialization
- Current State Medical License to Practice in the State of Florida
- Current D.E.A. certificate.
- Board eligible or board certified in family practice; if board eligible at time of hire, must be board certified within 3 years of hire date.
- Insurability (malpractice).
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR)
