Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- U.S. work authorization required (we are unable to sponsor visas).
- Prior primary care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Eligible for medical staff privileges at our facility.
- MD or DO
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency with EMRs; EPIC experience is a plus.
- Understanding of Rural Health Clinic operations and reimbursement models.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients assigned through patient choice and value-based contracts.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC.
- Participate in provider meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Occasionally assist with patient care during high-volume periods in the ER.
