Family Practice Physician
About The Position
We are hiring a Family Practice Physician to join a multidisciplinary community health clinic focused on health equity, culturally responsive care, and team-based practice. Position Overview: Provide family medicine services across the lifespan, with attention to prevention, early intervention, and management of chronic conditions. Incorporate principles of cultural humility, trauma-informed care, and implicit bias awareness into daily practice. Work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health professionals, and support staff. Engage in ongoing professional development, including participation in internal trainings and case discussions. Support initiatives that address social determinants of health through coordination with community and social service partners.
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
- Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure.
- Demonstrated interest in community-based care and working with diverse populations.
