Family Practice Physician
About The Position
We are seeking a Family Practice Physician to join a mission-driven community health clinic and provide comprehensive, culturally responsive primary care to individuals and families across the lifespan. Deliver full-spectrum family medicine services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and same-day visits. Work within a multidisciplinary team to support integrated medical, behavioral, and social services. Contribute to clinic-wide quality, safety, and risk management initiatives. Assist in addressing social determinants of health through appropriate referrals and care coordination with community partners.
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution; board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
- Active, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Demonstrated excellence in clinical care, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a community health or underserved setting preferred.
