About The Position

Weiser Memorial Hospital - rated as one of Idaho's best places to work - is hiring a physician for our Family Medical Center. Our physicians are responsible for providing comprehensive medical evaluation and treatment to patients of all ages, addressing a wide range of medical and psychosocial concerns. This role involves collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality care while maintaining patient confidentiality, clear communication, and professionalism. A healthy work-life balance is emphasized with a 4-day clinic work week, allowing for personal time while continuing to provide exceptional patient care. In addition to clinic responsibilities, this role includes inpatient care with a 1:4 week call schedule, which may involve some occasional overnight shifts, though we aim to support the team to ensure balanced workload distribution. Low-risk OB services are available with C-sections being performed as part of the hospital's capabilities. As a physician at our Family Medical Center, you will have access to a wide range of additional services locally, including Orthopedics, General Surgery, Cardiology, and Podiatry, all available for consultation and collaboration, further enhancing your ability to provide comprehensive care. For the past 76 years, Weiser Memorial Hospital has independently provided multi-generational care to residents of Washington, Payette, and Adams counties. We provide critical access to high-quality care and as a result, are integrally supported by the communities it serves. Physicians at Weiser Memorial have the opportunity to quickly build a thriving practice in a community built on authentic relationships—physicians and patients are active, contributing members to our community, transforming rural healthcare into something far more than just recipients and providers of care. At Weiser Hospital & Clinics, we provide a culture of support and go the extra mile to ensure our providers feel valued – in addition to a robust benefits package, we offer additional provider incentives, and providers always eat free at the Hospital! Every day, we strive to create a positive, collaborative, and welcoming environment for our healthcare team.
