Summary An Advanced Practice Provider Resident (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) will commit to a training program based at STRIDE FQHC for the length of the contract. The structure of the program will include didactics, mentorship, graduated primary care patient load and panel, and primary care experiences. Upon completion of the program, the fellow will be a primary care provider well prepared for work in any urban FQHC or other primary care setting.
