About The Position
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Outpatient Clinic (FQHC) Location: Near Anderson, Indiana Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday A large, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) near Anderson, Indiana is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dedicated outpatient care team. This is an excellent opportunity to serve a diverse patient population while enjoying a supportive, collaborative clinical environment. Position Highlights Outpatient clinic setting, Monday–Friday (no nights or weekends) Minimum 1 year of NP/PA experience required Work with a multidisciplinary team committed to accessible, high-quality care Steady patient volume with strong administrative and clinical support
Requirements
- Licensed NP or PA in Indiana
- At least one year of clinical experience—preferably in primary care
- Commitment to serving underserved and diverse communities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
