The Family Practice/Medicine Physician will provide medical care to pediatrics through geriatrics, including examine, diagnose, prevent and treat, illness, disease and injury. The physician will examine or conduct tests to provide information on medical status, analyze records, reports, test results, and/or examination to diagnose medical condition of patient, prescribe and administer treatment, therapy, medication and/or vaccination. The physician will explain diagnosis, procedures and discuss test results on prescribed treatments with patient and advice patients concerning diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention. The physician will collaborate with other physicians and mid-level providers. The physician will participate in medical and interdisciplinary clinical committees. The physician may participate as a preceptor for medical and nurse practitioner students. The physician will perform other job related duties as required by departmental needs and demands.

  • Provide medical care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
  • Examine, diagnose, prevent, and treat illnesses, diseases, and injuries.
  • Conduct tests to provide information on medical status.

  • Prescribe and administer treatment, therapy, medication, and vaccinations.

  • Perform other job-related duties as required.
  • MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school and completion of accredited residency program
  • Board certified or Board eligible
  • Valid CA state license, DEA and BLS
  • Ability to work well with others in a professional manner in a team-oriented environment
  • Knowledgeable of, competent and compliant with Electronic Medical Records
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) desirable
  • Valid CA driver's license, access to an automobile and state-required auto liability coverage
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) desirable
  • Annual Salary $240,000 to $250,000
