About The Position

Cascade Medical (CM) , a Rural Health Clinic and critical access hospital, located in beautiful downtown Leavenworth in the Cascade Foothills of Central Washington, is looking for a full-time Family Practice/Internal Medicine Physician to help care for our growing community. Patient Centered Medical Home certified, our rural health clinic offers a supportive, friendly atmosphere for staff and patients. Ancillary services available at our facility include lab; radiology; physical, occupational, and speech therapies; and screening endoscopies. We do not perform obstetrics. This position's primary function is outpatient clinic responsibilities that include primary care management, in a team-based care environment, with a mixture of urgent care appointments with a high level of provider autonomy, and it offers opportunities to admit and oversee care for patients in our hospital. We're looking for a candidate who is interested in providing high quality healthcare to individuals and families, with an emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention. An established patient base exists for this position, with opportunity for growth.
