About The Position

Family Practice Advanced Practice Provider (APP) – Haxtun, Colorado Haxtun Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Practice Advanced Practice Provider to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in our outpatient clinic. Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine preferred. DEA certification and ability to prescribe controlled substances. Current ATLS, BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain upon hire). Prior experience in outpatient primary care and rural healthcare preferred. Requirements

Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) certification with licensure in the state of Colorado (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
